I see that you are Russian, so let me ask you a small question. Estonian User:Valge laev wrote an article in Russian about the Kotava and wanted to put it in ruwiki. See here for a copy of this article. Unfortunately, it was almost immediately deleted by an administrator. In your opinion, maybe, is it the content of this article that is not compliant? Or are there limiting principles in ruwiki that we misunderstand? - Hello, it's strange for me too that the language with a valid ISO code and with the Wikipedia project written in it, has no article in the ruwp. I've read the Russian-language article and it's mostly good, but I'd like to see it a little bit more neutral and I see no reliable sources. Maybe I'll try to expand the page today.
- The notability policy in the Russian Wikipedia is relatively strict, but there are no special rules for articles about languages. The local principal notability criterion states: "The subjects are supposed to be notable if they are covered sufficiently by reliable sources".
